Race to 9

Players have to be on the same number on both score sheets.  It is the team captains responsibility to make sure rosters are filled out correctly.

Example:  H1 in 301 has to be

                  H1 in Cricket

This is a list of pairings and game sites as they were drawn on 02/10/10.  I have tried to answer any questions you may have on this sheet, but if you do have further questions please call Dakota Music at 1-800-594-9438.

Inside the brackets you will notice the name of the bar and date at which each match will be played.  You may have to play at a bar that you would normally not play at during the season.

Handicaps will be used during this tournament.

Flip to determine who is home team.

Each match will be a race to 9.  The match is over once a team wins 9 games.  This is a double elimation tournament.

TEAMS:   Put your $20.00 entry fee in the envelope the first week of play.  If your team has a bye the first round, put your entry fee in the next match.  Teams can only use players who are on your roster and have played 12 games or more in both 301 & Cricket.  It is the captains responsibility to make sure all players on both teams have played at least 12 games or more in both 301 & Cricket.  Using a player with less than 12 games in 301 & Cricket will result in a forfeit.  Once a match is complete and scoresheet is signed, both team rosters will be considered legal.

PLAYERS:   Use your own quarters throughout the tournament, including the first night of play.  You may only play on one team during the sponsor’s tournament.  If you play on a second team, you will cause that team to forfeit.  It is the responsibility of the team captain to make sure his or her players are playing in only one division.

SATURDAY:   NO 30-MINUTE WAITING PERIOD ON SATURDAY.

Starting times are listed on the bracket sheet and will start on time.

HOWEVER, if a match is running late, you must wait for that match to end before you start the next match.

Finals on Saturday:   After each match, the winning team captain must turn the score sheet into the bartender and advance their team on the bracket sheet.  When the bracket sheet is completed, after the final match, make sure the bracket sheet is also turned into the bartender and mailed to Dakota Music.
