BISMARCK - MANDAN OPEN SPONSOR’S TOURNAMENT

Bud Extra Division

 

This is a list of pairings and game sites as they were drawn on 1-2-12.  I have tried to answer any questions you may have on this sheet, but if you do have further questions please call Kevin or Rob at 223-7588.  For all tournament results you can visit our web site @ www.dakmusic.com

 

1.  The entry fee will be $20.00 per team the first match your team plays.  Do not take the table quarters out of this entry fee.  The $20.00 per team will be paid only once in the tournament.  Play all matches the same as any regular league night except for changes noted here.

 

2.  Total points after 5 rounds (25 games) will determine the winner.  In case of a tie count the 8's.

3.  Flip to determine who is home or visitor, winner of flip has the choice.

 

4.  Teams may use only players who are already on their roster.  Any teams using ineligible players will be disqualified from the sponsor’s tournament.  Any money won will be forfeited.

 

5.  No player may play on more than 1 team on January 28th, 2012.

 

6.  The sponsor’s final tournament will be divided into 2 groups.  1st & 2nd  place round finishers in the tournament will each receive $60.00 and will advance to B finals.  3rd & 4th place round finishers will each receive $40.00 and will advance to B finals.

 

7.  If you place in the top 4, the tournament bracket sheet will tell you where and when you play on January 28th.

 

8.  Please leave scoresheet in the mailbox at the bar.

78 Entry fees                            @         $20.00  =          $1,560.00

NOTE:                The final Tournament on January 28th will be

                             5 person teams played on the 15 game format.

 

Any team qualifying for the finals on Saturday Jan. 28th.  Please notify Dakota Music                @ 223-7588 if your team will not be playing on this day.  We will be filling this spot with the next highest finishing team.
